Certainly! For worldwide orders I always provide a tracking number and link, you can monitor it's movement in real time.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
I ship worldwide, my creations already reside in various corners of the world.
However I do NOT ship to countries associated with terrorism or those sponsoring terrorism.
- Which postal service do you use, and how long does the shipping take?
On average, delivery takes from 2-5 weeks. This duration can vary, depending solely on the postal service's efficiency. I have no influence over this and do not take responsibility for postal service operations.
- What is the cost of shipping?
I have a fixed price of 13€ for all Worldwide orders.
- My shipment is lost, what should I do?
The sooner we initiate a search for the shipment, the better the chances of resolving the problem.
If necessary I will file a search request with the postal service, and I will keep you updated on the situation.
- Are taxes and customs duties included in the payment?
